Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was inviting, but the dining options could definitely use some improvement. Plus, the view from the back terrace was nice, although it lacked sunlight. Overall, I felt it was good value for money, but there were a couple of areas that could be better.
I had a bit of mixed feelings about my stay here. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, and I loved the nice patio that was perfect for relaxing. However, I did encounter some centipede-like bugs, which was a bit unsettling. The location was great for families with lots of activities, but the dining options left a lot to be desired. Overall, it's a decent place if you're looking for comfort and space, but the bugs and breakfast situation could be improved.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, where the rooms were well-furnished and had everything I needed, including a full kitchen. The staff was fantastic, especially Margaret, who was incredibly welcoming. The location was perfect for families, with plenty of activities available. However, I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast options, and I noticed a surprise charge for the portfolio during my stay.
The hotel had some great highlights like a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff, but the room I stayed in felt a bit dated and overpriced for what it offered. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore local attractions. Unfortunately, the dining options didn't quite meet my expectations, and overall, I felt I could get better value for my money elsewhere.
I had a pleasant stay overall, the hotel is beautifully located in the hills and close to all the attractions in San Antonio. The rooms were extremely clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but I did experience a frustrating incident with a staff member's attitude. Dining options were lacking, especially for breakfast, but the pools were great. While it was a solid value for the money, there are definitely areas for improvement.
